As a guest of Burney Falls Lodging, we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as a travel partner. Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that corona-virus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests and employees. We hope everyone is staying safe and indoors during the COVID-19 pandemic. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.
We are sanitizing the front office after each guest. Our housekeeping staff is conducting additional disinfecting in each room in addition to keeping a room offline for several days before we re-assign a reservation to it. We are also working with a limited staff and at this time we are not offering a continental breakfast. Our office hours are limited at this time to 8am-Noon and 3pm-8pm. If a guest is not comfortable having daily service, the guest can set their dirty linens and garbage outside and pick up what is needed from the office. If you have any other suggestions, we are open for feedback.
